Returns Questions
Can we return the material that we won’t be using if we are not meeting?
If you are not using either the physical or digital options provided, we will credit you upon request, for the unused portion. There is no need to return the materials. If you need assistance accessing the digital version (being provided at no additional cost), please contact us for access.
Can we return the next quarter's material we received and we won’t be using it?
We suggest you hold on to that material so that when your classes begin meeting again, you’ll be prepared with the materials you’ll need. If you opt to keep your spring material, we will provide you with digital editions of your curriculum in May. However, if you’d like to return your shipment, spring material can be returned any time up until April 30, 2021. You will then be credited for the cost of the returned materials. Please include your packing slip or other document that includes your account number to ensure you are properly credited.
Who pays for the cost of the return shipping?
You’ll be fully credited for the materials that are returned. You will need to provide for the shipping cost, using whatever shipping method works best for you. We suggest you obtain and keep the tracking number you receive from the carrier you choose.
Resource Questions
What digital resources are available to assist us while our Sunday School is not meeting?
David C Cook’s current church curriculum customers now have temporary free access to certain digital teaching materials for church and family use. The digital teaching materials may be downloaded from the Church Support Program website. For more information regarding this program, we encourage you to speak with one of our ministry consultants.
We are providing our existing church curriculum customers with free access to spring digital resources so you can continue your lessons during this time. Please check your email for download codes for your curriculum—you may share these codes with your church family for their personal noncommercial use (the codes should not be posted or shared publicly). This permission for spring curriculum expires August 31, 2021, and your use is subject to our End User License Agreement found HERE.
We also offer several additional free resources that are available for anyone to use to help their church family navigate Covid-19. You can check them out at shop.davidccook.org/pages/covid19-resources and at MinistrySpark.com. We encourage you to share these with your church family and to check back often for more resources.
How may I use and share these materials?
You have permission to:
Post these materials on a closed church-owned website or on a closed Facebook group administered by a member of your church staff.
You may share these resources with your families, teachers and students connected with your church, for your ministry nonprofit/noncommercial use only, for purposes of continuing your Bible lessons during this time. If you share these materials within your church, we ask that you post only the files we provide. Please limit your posts to one lesson per week and remove the posted content before posting the next week's content. This permission expires August 31, 2021, and your use is subject to our End User License Agreement found HERE.
For example: A “closed website” could be a site with a page that can only be accessed with a password given out to your church members; or a page on a site that can only be accessed through a direct link (e.g. access to the page is not posted on the church’s home page or any page that can be navigated to via the website’s navigation). Basically, we ask that you not make these materials available to the general public—they are meant for use by our curriculum customers and their churches, as a replacement copy and for use digitally during the current pandemic.
Livestream teaching based on these materials on a closed church-owned website or on a closed Facebook group administered by a member of your church staff.
Through August 31, 2021 (and subject to our End User License Agreement HERE), you may incorporate our curriculum materials, videos or music into lessons that you want to livestream or post online for your church. Please give David C Cook credit for the materials in the notes of the posting if that is possible.

Send these materials via email to your staff, volunteers, and families.
Again, these materials are intended to aid you in continuing to teach and provide for your students during this difficult time. These materials are not intended to be shared outside of your church family.
