Your volunteers give their time each week to share the gospel with the children at your church—whether they volunteer at check-in or in a classroom. In order to do this well, it’s important that they are each trained in the core ideas and values of serving in your children’s ministry. Especially so they can foster an environment where kids feel safe, loved, and ready to learn about God!
This kit comes complete with videos and templates to walk you and your team through these 4 Be Attitudes of volunteering: Be Safe, Be Engaging, Be Courteous, and Be Consistent.
With video training, 5 weeks of communication templates (including emails, texts, and social posts), and training scripts, this kit will help you equip your volunteers while promoting your values churchwide.
Inside you’ll find ready-to-use tools for promoting and training your volunteers to:
- Be Safe: The value of safety in your ministry
- Be Engaging: The essentials of captivating the children in your care
- Be Courteous: The ways your kindness and love impact kids
